SHIPPING POLICY
As we are a home-grown business brand and growing as we speak, currently we ship pan-India, with a shipping time of 1-2 weeks from the date of placing the order. Our shipping is made through multiple channels depending on the serviceability of the customer’s pincode.
If incase a pincode is non-deliverable, we will contact you for another location or make alternate arrangements.
RETURN POLICY
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
Only if an article is chipped, cracked or completely broken it is considered damaged. If you notice that your product is damaged after opening the package, please take a photograph of the product along with the packaging and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received, to care@studioapart.co with the Subject – ‘Damaged product’. Please mention your order number and date of transaction in the subject section. Given the nature of our products, we have the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit.
Variation in size, glaze and shade are not considered as damages. Irregularities and variation in glaze colour are inherent due to the fact that each and every piece is hand-crafted and unique in itself. We feel that these characteristics add to the natural beauty and unique quality of our products and are in no way flaws.
In the unfortunate event of an incorrect order being delivered please notify us within 24 hours via email at care@studioapart.co. We will arrange for the package to be picked up at the earliest, from the customer address provided while placing the order. Once we receive the package a replacement will be arranged immediately. The package must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all inserts.
Any products returned without all original packaging and accessories included with the product at the time of delivery will not be replaced.
Each return request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
